At Kelsea Laing Art, we take care to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and beautifully presented. Below you will find details of our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping

Processing Time

All original artworks are prepared for delivery with great care. This includes time to fit custom frames where applicable.

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days from the time of your order for your artwork to be packaged and shipped.

Delivery Time & Carrier

Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the courier service. We use the most suitable and reliable courier for your location to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, along with any available tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.

Returns & Exchanges

Original Artworks

All sales of original framed artworks are final.

The frames are custom-made for each piece and cannot be reused or resold, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds on original framed artworks.

If your original artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will then request details of the damage and photos of the artwork and packaging.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event that the artwork arrives damaged or is otherwise not as described.
